EXPERIENCE
Robert has vast experience in urban development regulations, real estate and municipal law. He primarily represents clients before authorities in dispute resolution issues related to a wide range of real estate projects and property issues in general. Based on his experience Robert is constantly required to participate in law reports, articles, research work and to speak at conferences. He has advised Ministries, Municipalities and important housing and construction associations. He began as legal adviser of the real estate group ENACO. Robert founded a boutique law firm that provided legal services to real estate and construction companies. He designed the “Real Estate” course for the Faculty of Law, Pontificia Universidad Católica. He is the director of the “Real Estate Business and Law” programme at the above university, and he also teaches at three other universities. He is currently recognised as one of the most outstanding real estate lawyers by Chambers and Partners.
