EXPERIENCE
Jorge’s main areas of practice are in administrative law – public services and domain concessions – and corporate law – civil, commercial and taxing. He advises national and foreign clients on negotiations, corporate restructuring, investment project agreements, reports and on the execution of different types of contracts. These legal services are mainly to companies in the sanitary services, energy, construction, real estate, trade and agricultural industries. He has held the position of Director in various companies, primarily in the sanitary services and real estate industries.
