EXPERIENCE
His main areas of practice are in corporate and commercial law. Tomás advises national and foreign clients on negotiations, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, especially in the commercial and telecommunications industries. He provides comprehensive legal services to various national and foreign companies, profit and non-profit organizations, in different lines of business, specifically in the telecommunications and trade industries. Tomás is also director of several companies. He is a legal adviser on a wide range of investment projects and public and private tenders. Tomás also has experience in general litigations, arbitrations, bankruptcies, agreements and public employment contracts. He has been a member of the CAM Santiago of the Cámara de Comercio de Santiago (Mediation and Arbitration Centre of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce) since 2006, and of the Centro Nacional de Arbitraje (National Arbitration Center) since it was created.
